Very attentive staff

Just a prime choice for a weekend respite in Sapporo with definitely value for money. Enjoyed the public bath, a great way to unwind after exploring the city. Try to get a room on a higher floor for a better view.

The Keio Prelia Hotel features a great location just a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it convenient for business travelers. The shared bath facility on the second floor is exceptionally clean and spacious, providing a wonderful opportunity to experience Japanese bathing culture. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the polite staff who were always ready to assist.

The breakfast options could be more varied.

The Premier King Bedroom was really impressive! The bathroom setup was top-notch, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the nice toiletries they provided. Plus, the corner room had a beautiful city view that was a lovely surprise. Everything felt fresh and clean throughout the hotel, which was a huge bonus!

pleasant stay but poor documentation process

The moderate twin room had a stunning mountain view that made waking up every morning a delight. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, which added a nice touch to our experience.

However, the check-out process was frustrating due to the inability to obtain an official invoice for reimbursement purposes.

Had an awesome time! The onsen was super relaxing after a day out, and I loved the cozy breakfast with fresh cheese and honey. However, I wish the room had been a bit bigger for our bags.

The fitness center is nice. Enjoyed the public bath. Our room had everything like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and even a sofa bed. Fresh towels every day. Hairdryer and free toiletries. Key card access was smooth and the soundproofing worked well. Everything felt super fresh and clean. Perfect for exploring Sapporo with the kiddos!
